Regular rate until May 9, 2025 (23:59 CEST)

All delegates must register to the Symposium. Registration fees are as follows:

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at [email protected]

Refunds will be made after the end of the Symposium, according to the following terms:

By March 17, 2025 (23h59 CET): 75 % refund

From March 18 to April 20, 2025 (23h59 CET): 50% refund

From April 21, 2025 (23h59 CET) onward: no refund
